She still has it. After all these decades of silence, she know displays a little jazzier feel reminiscent of the late Dory Previn and Ruthann is still wonderful. If you watch how she sings, pronounces the words and the inflections she uses, she is totally an original. Has lost none of the magic she displayed on "Constant Companion." The author of a single classic "Windy" -- yet, with a songbook filled with material that rivals any great singer-songwriter who weighed in with more fame and recognition. I even like her fashionable sense. She is the epitome of how an old-world hippie should look like as a mature woman/artist. This time around, we should keep her. My favorite song by Ruthann is "People," and I wish more people knew about it.

I only discovered this talented lady a few weeks ago thanks to Brian Matthew on BBC Radio 2 playing her version of her song Windy in his Sounds of the Sixties show. What a wonderful voice, full of depth and tone!
