lmao it's not an opinion you can like the way it sounds but it IS distorted and it crackles AND it lacks clarity and separation of the instruments. the remix is up on spotify right and it sounds fantasmazeballs

Some of RUSH' best work is the last song on side B...(what is side "b" some ask?) I'm old enough to know..but yeah...if you have some time, go back through the last 15-20 years of Rush, and listen to the side B's...the stiff that never hit radio...Tai Shan is one of my favorites from Hold Your Fire, Rush' worst selling album to date. But, one their all time best.

I wish they would re-master this CD. This is one of my favorite songs they do and would be nice fit to end the show with, I think, but that last 2 minutes are so GREAT especially!

They really need to bust this one out on tour! It makes so much sense right before Spirit of Radio sonically! Lifeson is kicking some serious ass on this one!

A lot complained about the sound of this album...saying it's too compressed, too much low end, too much high end blah blah blah ...I like the way it sounds.

A very very very underrated song that does not get the attention it deserves.

Rush announced that they will be remixing Vapor Trails in its entirety. it's going to be a great remix.

Funny thing is, this happens to be one of the top 3 albums from Rush i love the most. it was very challenging on many levels. coming off 5 years since Neil lost his wife to cancer and his daughter to a car accident. i don't know about anyone else but i can feel that pain and rage on the opening cut when Neil is bashing away on the snare to One Little Victory. i was sitting in the fifteenth row and i thought Damn this man's pissed. and i knew from that point, i was in for one hell of a show !

I've been a fan of Rush for 35 years + now. this year will be my twentieth Rush tour I've been to. I went to the Vapor Trails tour by myself. as it was a very important album for me on a personal level. the album had an awful lot to do with loss, anger, and life's harsh realities. something i went through a lot as a child growing up tough in the bay area in California in the 70's. what strikes me funny about this album is that Geddy says that he dreaded recording this album the most.

For no reason at all, last week I decided to listen to Vapor Trails for the first time in a long time. This song has REALLY grown on me now. Awesome song.

This song sucks. Seriously, it just sucks. I could go the rest of my life without hearing Geddy scream "Endlessly roooocking!! Endlessly rooocking!!!" ever again
