Echoes of some of the simplest, cute-as-they-can-be, songs Burt wrote in the 60s. Sure there were maddingly complex songs, and even this one is very ingenious all over, but it does share elements of some of the breeziest earlier works. Burt is absolutely right when he says there is a huge diversity among his songs. There's more diversity in his work than in perhaps any other composer's since Gershwin. But this songs does say "Bacharach" from beginning to end.

Her voice is as luscious as a long wet kiss... and Bacharach suits her perfectly. This is female vocals at the best. The rest of the ignorant wannabe "artists" like Rhianna, Miley Cyrus, X-tina and Beyounce, and all the other little cum swilling trollops and strumpets, and yes, even the faggoty little Nail Polish and Water Bottle King himself Justin "Pussoid" Bieber need to STFU and listen to how it's done.

I just can`t get enough of this girls voice.She seems to have that unique sound that no one else has. Burt Bacharach and Rumer Wowwwwwwwwww what a combination!! A really lovely song.
