This man is musical genius! He is famous about his hit pop songs like "See My Baby Jive", "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday" etc. He was also co-founder of bands like The Move, Electric Light Orchestra and his own Wizzard. But he was much more than just an hit machine for couple of years. He was talented multi-instrumentalist, which you can here in his wonderful Boulders album, where he plays all the instruments. And he had an clear vision to combine rock n roll with many classical and new instruments.

With Wizzard he sadly did only two albums; "Wizzard Brew" and "Introducing Eddy & The Falcons". First one is rather experimental if you compare it to bands hit singles. Main line is some kind of wall of sound, but the songs are from side to side.

This example is from that first album . Completely something different - a very nice march.

I hope owners of the rights want to see this as an honor to this artist, which it really is. And same goes to these random photos, which I have found from album covers and from net.

My hope is that everyone can just listen to this very fine musician. Enjoy!

I think that you can still buy this album on CD, mine is an old vinyl album.

I always liked Roy Wood when he was in The Move and on the first ELO album, but many of the Wizzard songs, including this one, sucks the big one!

Best song on a very muddled, confusing album. Wonder how many instruments Roy is playing on this.
