My first ever Roxy song. Country life soon followed. The rest soon after. Dedicate this song to my teenage years in Clydebank near Glasgow. LS

Bwaahaha. John Wetton eventually wakes up and realises the last part of the song needs his backing vocals. Was he distracted by the bum notes on the guitar? History may never tell ;)

Turning up in jackboots and half of a military uniform on national German television in 1974 was risqué to say the least. Takes some courage..

Love this version. There's no way that most artists or bands today could approximate the dimension of this one, no matter the genre. There was an abundance of depth.

I'm seeing "tons" of new Roxy live videos appearing. Is this a new revival of their music.? I hope so. Paul Thompson & John wetton were a formibable combination...but Roxy was always about being a cohesive structured "whole". No one was the "star". Not even Ferry. Great upload of another epic "Musikladen" live performance, which are a standard of live playing for all bands to strive towards.
