Look into a band called Rairbirds - I think that's what Rob is doing these days.

I remember seeing them at the Penmare in Hayle when i was about 16. I jumped around so much that the next day when i was surfing, my legs locked up. Shame they dissappeared, but unfortunately with the state of music in the UK, bands like Rootjoose have no chance against the heavily financially supported crap in the charts

Rob and Jamie got into a techno thaaang, Fez got a job in computers I think?? Harry ended up wanting to drive a bus, got spotted by someone connected to Dido then formed Kubb. Rootjoose captured a slot between time and will always be a magical memory for those of us lucky enough to have met them and heard them live. What are they up to these days? I honestly have no idea but presumably they still all really love writing great chooons. Would be nice if someone posted "As the crow flies" with pics

Oh my this band were without a doubt the best live band ever. My band even had the pleasure of supporting them in Leeds, a childhood dream still to this day. Moreover my friends and I appear in this video jumping around. This was @ the Charlotte in Leicester I believe. Happy Days. Bring the buggers back!

I saw rootjoose support terrovision in the Bude Surfrock festival of 1996. They were fantastic and took the encore.

I sae the fab Rootjoose at the Mole Club in Bath probably about 10 years ago! I know that harry - the lead singer - went on to form a dance (electro?) called the Rairbirds. Most recently he was the lead singer of Kubb. They are the ones who sang 'Wicked Soul' and 'Grow' from the album 'Mother'. Good, but not as good as good old earthy Rootjoose! Remember 'Can't Keep Living This Way'?!! ...Genius! I've got that taped from the Chart Show somewhere. I must did all my old VHS cassettes out...!
