This has way more to do with neofolk than either of the genres you mentioned. And the main group of people who associate every neofolk band with WW II (or Nazism) are those vehemently opposed to neofolk as a genre. Besides, Rome is not a stereotype for its genre as KISS was for glamrock. So no, it's nothing like it.11 years ago

@Regnier88 Rome's recent outputs are based on the Spanish exile during the late 1930's, if I remember correctly. Therefore, this footage makes a lot more sense than most "neofolk" videos with visual military/martial context. Also, I'm not much for fan videos, but this one was REALLY good.12 years ago
