There is actually a THIRD version, which was a B-side to "Happy". Not an alternate mix -- an entirely different take. It;s much better than the album cut -- the mix is more upfront on everything, particularly the horns and the vocals.

I agree - why the hell was this not included on the remastered 'Exile' album? Some record company idiot missed a trick there and as usual the real fans are dealt a raw deal. It's a brilliant alternate take and deserves more solid recognition as a Stones classic.
