Sings this beautifully live. One of Mr P's signature songs throughout his career.

I think thats the same woman who solos on the live version of "Young hearts run free" by Candi Staton featuring Jools (somebody) on bass. The twin towers did not fall because of the planes. They were designed to withstand several hits according to the lead architect.

Never heard this version but still great just like the singer. I'm just glad to have been turned on to his music when I was in my early 20's while in the army. Thanks Robert for being great!

My contribution for 9/11. The day will live with me forever as I was suppose to be at Cantor and Firtzgerald Company on the 108th floor with two friends of mine who were handling some business for me and I was running late. God was watching me that day. My friends weren't as lucky as I was nor were so many others. I lost a great more than 2 friends that day as we all did.

I saw him live in his "Addicted To Love" time at Great Woods in Mass it was a truly amazing concert of the mix of all the different music he played and put his personal stamp on. Thanks for getting back about Robert Palmer.

In addition to that, he made his bread by doing what some of us fans like doing: digging up the possible hits nearly everyone missed..Then he did his job putting a new stamp on them. Like the above.

Robert cold play so many different types of music from Reggae to Rock to "Soul to heavy metal to ballads it's such a shame people with much less talent get more recognition but that is America so empty today with their techno gadgets to fill up their empty heads!

Oh how I miss this type of REAL MUSIC because this music of today is so empty and about nothing!

Robert Palmer was to music what Steve McQueen was to acting: cool, humble, stylish and very, very talented. Sadly, both men left us too early. Rock In Peace Robert Palmer.
