Rik Emmett performs this classic Triumph song live(solo) at Poor David's Pub in Dallas, TX on June 27th, 2010. The video captured with my Canon A630 and dubbed with 24-bit audio recorded with my Sony PCM-M10. Very steady tripod shot.

He can't hit the high notes because of his age, but damn, he is still a fantastic singer.

if you don't have it in you, a Taylor or Martin isn't going to help. A $20 garage sale box can Emmitt a million dollar sound if you're in the stream ! Rik - one of the best !!!!

Take's me back to my youth. Life was simple an just girls, friends, an great life long memories. Nothing like the world today. Least I can listen close my eye's an for a second I'm there. Life fly's bye way too fast....

Triumph really did have some of the most epic songs ever written and Rik is the reason behind why. If you weren't cruising around on hot summer days windows open wind blowing in your face and Triumph cranking you weren't living.
