This ole song reminds me so much of my Mom and Dad. Dad, had Parkinson's, and Mom took care of him until she couldn't do it anymore. (We all had families and couldn't quit our jobs to care for Dad) We, made the agonizing decision to put Dad, in a nursing home. This decision, didn't come without a lot of guilt and agony. We ALL adored our Dad. I will NEVER forget, when it was time to leave, my Mom and Dad hugged like they would never see each other again. That will ALWAYS, be burned in my mind. Dad, was there for five years, Mom went everyday to see him and stayed with him all day.They were married, fifty years on November 15, 2008 we lost our Dad, on November 19, 2008. He was my best friend, and I was honored to be his daughter. Daddy, you will never know what you meant to me. I love you Mom and Dad.
