I bought this "Rick Medlocke" cd at the flea market. I had only seen it before once on an album. I figured it was CRAP, and sure enough, it is CRAP. That said, Saturday Night is probably the ONLY song that is worth even one listen. After I FINALLY got through this SHORT CD I PROMPTLY DESTROYED it. I SCRATCHED IT and then BROKE the cd into piece so SAVE THE WORLD from the DREADFUL STINKING CRAP that this album is. Really, the album is doo doo. What I am saying is that I could probably put more thought into songs. No, I'm not a songwriter but it sounds like almost no thought was put into most all of the songs. Sorry to say it but the album is an embarrassment. Rickey fits right into the modern Lynyrd Skynyrd lineup. Rickey has the look, the rock star look and he can play guitar but he is no great rock talent. He has no great definitive style that makes him better than any other guitarist.

Will never forget the band "BLACKFOOT" some of the best damn music, I ever heard !! Still ROCKIN" in Ky with BLACKFOOT. Those were the days. Bands don't have that kind of soul any more.
