On the fence. Heard Marty better than this. I expected at least a tasty solo. Kinda lackluster, great player but technical for Ozzy/RR's most emotional piece. End solo a pinch tastier. Nuno was my pick in all these. Covered all bases.

marty is ok at what he does. But if your going to shine the original version completely you better make sure your improv is awesome. His take was far from awesome.

Marty is so polarizing among audiences, you either love him or don't care for him. The guy rocks

There are a lot of negative comments about Marty's playing. I think he sounds great. I don't care for his note choice on a couple of notes, but that's splitting hairs. I can't say I'm nuts about the vocals or keyboards.

If you have had the chance to attend any of the other Tichy produced shows, Ox and the Loon or Bonzo Bash, nobody does anything note for note. Enjoy them for what they are, a tribute.

OMG, Marty is amazing, so much soul in his solos.

Very nicely done. For those who are slagging Marty because he didn't note for note the original solo, you're completely missing the point of why musicians gather.

Man, Marty is and will ever be my best guitar player because he is that...... A guitar PLAYER. But there's something not right over here. Maybe the emotion of the event, maybe the booze or the mix. Dont get me wrong, Marty is awesome but I was expecting something else. I'm from Burbank, CA and was there at this event, to tell yopu the true it sound better on youtube then live... But forget that, the important thing is we all love music, guitars and jams. On that, happy holidays to all and happy new year. Marty!!! keep on rocking!!

I thought the solo was good, fit the song and I like it. I agree if you want to hear the original listen to the record. Now if somebody had the idea of starting a tribute band and calling it Crazy Train then you really should play the songs true to the record.

Most of you morons hate on this performance just because they're used to the original way it was played, but to anyone who hasn't heard the song before can greatly see how Marty was fucking amazing. Out of all these guitarists to play in this show, Marty would be the best one to play it his own way considering he's one of the best guitarists at improvising. If not, the best.
