I understand there is a great deal of anger in the world. Everyone wants someone to blame. The comment about most of our leaders being a$$h@#$s, that may well be, but you can't defend others out there like Amidinajahd, Kim Jong Un and son, Gadaffi, heck, what about Putin? Everyone in power these days are mere puppets of industry and that's the real crime here. Still, the faces of the issues that are being pushed are those of Presidents and other types of leaders. Even still, I have to believe that one person can make a difference other wise what are we fighting for?Yes, this is a beautiful song that should raise questions in our own minds about these issues and why some are blindly following a political or religious agenda without asking why? By the same token, she is hardly the first to speak out about leaders, and their insanity. Roger Waters produced a great many songs about this kind of thing both on his own and with Pink Floyd, as did many artists. But I agree, this is one of my favorites now.

Great song! I'm a folksinger who writes topical songs, and I've been involved in folk music (political and otherwise) for over 30 years; and this is one of the best topical/political songs I've heard in a long time, from a pop artist no less! Love it...:)

They all did their very best to maintain peace but most of them failed.they are not perfect nor a god to make everything better for everyone.since we lived in a world where some people think that they are better than others. Since no one is perfect then we will never have a perfect president.

Really tbh I am pissed off that no one has done much about drug problems, like why is cigarettes still legal?! Killing heaps of people and tearing thousands of family's apart, my family is completely screwed because of my mother dying of drug problems, I can't explain the anger I feel that the multiple times she got caught doing drugs they put her in prison for 48 hrs with no help or anything. They just let her out freely to continue, and now look my whole family is fucked, thanks mr president, I hope you fucking die of heroine, see what it's like for ur family to suffer from the pits of hell
