This album also has the title track "In My Own Dream" which I feel is a masterpiece. This was released in 1968 by Elektra, and I still remember seeing them free in a Cincinnati Park. Paul Butterfield, Elvin Bishop, Al Kooper, and Dave Sanborn in one band!!! This album is worth it just for the song "In My Own Dream", but since "Drunk Again" isn't available yet I thought it would make a nice choice also. This song is one of the earliest composed by Elvin Bishop. Enjoy!

was in great lakes boot camp in 1965, and everybody that was somebody was in the blues was in Chicago, steve miller, Junior wells, cotton, butterfield, muddy, you name it and they were there, and I was too bloody young to go, but I could stand in the street and listen, and pue heaven from all those, especially from a group called, Miller, Siegel, and Schwab, if you can ever find that album, it will blow you away.

One of the most blistering leads ever laid down in the studio - Elvin Bishop is sadly often overlooked as one of America's most talented bluesmen of all time, along with Paul Butterfield of course!

Hello, guys. This is from the uploader. I have only deleted one comment EVER on my channel. I don't accept hate or really bad language...cause my grandson is young & listens to my channel for the language. Anyway, I just deleted a bunch of comments from someone who was hateful & mean to just about everyone of you who left a comment. I want to apologize for not seeing these comments earlier, but I'm just getting back on my feet. Anyway, hate and trolls stay away. My best, Moppet

Wish I could get up that way! I was lucky enough to be there years ago on a weekend they had a huge, free festival on the lake with Koko & bunches of musicians. I was at a seminar, but kept sneaking out & going across the street. Love Chicago! Love the music. Thanks for stopping by and thanks for leaving your comment. My best, Moppet

You are more than welcome! So glad you found this here. Happy Birthday, so am I. Saw them free in 68, I think, for free in the park here in Cincy. They were incredible. Stop by anytime. My best, Moppet
