It seems that someone said that Paul Anka is "syrian"...Paul Anka was born in Quebec,Canada, in 1940....Due the fact that he is Canadian, he grew up speaking French andEnglish perfectly. Legendary Paul Anka , great song writer and a pretty good singer in his own right. I prefer the Sinatra version over this one because Frank delivered this song with a lot more passion and his big powerful voice keeps building toward the incredible finish11 years ago
