Sólo la letra en inglés es de Paul Anka. Esta canción es de Jourdan y Caravelli, se llamó " laissez moi le temp" y fue presentada y premiada en el festival de Viña del Mar, Chile, fue cantada en francés originalmente por Romuald. Posteriormente Anka le cambió la letra al inglés.

I am amazed. Paul Anka is really a good songwriter. This is great and Sinatra liked it too. He should release it, but the hip hop gang, Nah. Too decent and loving for big money on the radio now.

Thanks for your comment Eileen . I absolutely love this song and I have the DVD of Sinatra , Ol Blue Eyes is Back. He sings this in front of a live audience of his peers. It is truly magnificent to watch him sing this song.

Agree totally with you jeclntn. Once Sinatra takes over a song, it's his. Still, Paul Anka wrote some pretty great songs for him and a wonderful voice too.

Legendary Paul Anka , great song writer and a pretty good singer in his own right. I prefer the Sinatra version over this one because Frank delivered this song with a lot more passion and his big powerful voice keeps building toward the incredible finish
