Pat Benatar on "Old Grey Whistle Test".

LYRICS:

They cry in the dark, so you can't see their tears

They hide in the light, so you can't see their fears

Forgive and forget, all the while

Love and pain become one and the same

In the eyes of a wounded child

Because Hell

Hell Is For Children

And you know that their little lives can become such a mess

Hell

Hell Is For Children

And you shouldn't have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh

It's all so confusing, this brutal abusing

They blacken your eyes, and then apologize

Be daddy's good girl, and don't tell mommy a thing

Be a good little boy, and you'll get a new toy

Tell grandma you fell off the swing

Because Hell

Hell Is For Children

And you know that their little lives can become such a mess

Hell

Hell Is For Children

And you shouldn't have to pay for your love with your bones and your flesh

No, Hell Is For Children

Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell Is For Children

Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell Is For Children

Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell is for Hell

Hell Is For Children

Hell Is For Children

Hell Is For Children

Children are also animals. God Bless All that do not have a voice or their voice is left unheard.

esta cancion y demas claro esta que se refiere al infierno que los niños e infantes viven dia tras dia con sus familias,. es decir entre golpes, abusos de todo tipo sexual y acoso, entonces, no lo tomen a la ligera,

I was hanging out with some friends earlier today, when this song started playing in my head. I had to come home and play it. I wasn't abused in the kind of profound way this song addresses, but we are all abused, just because human beings aren't perfect. I suggest looking for some way to look at our lives and see what might be making us unhappy, and find a way to heal it. Peace and love to all.

I grew up going to Catholic schools in 70's and 80's , They beat the hell out of me with canes, fists or just tossed me against the wall. I don't have kids but if i did I would never treat them the way i was treated, Those days SUCKED.
