its copyright just by puttin the song on youtube with 0 reference. Reference includes information in the description or simply and album cover like this one. so as long as u have 1 of those 2 things it should b able 2 work (title on video wont do)

I don't much care for the vocals in this band, but the instruments are beast (guitar mainly) there should b a menu on youtube videos for like, isolating certain sounds or taking them out.
