That was honestly a bit disappointing. They don't come off near as brutal live as they do in studio albums , and they don't really deliver much . The guitar and singing often gets a bit too much for christian it would seem , and the solos are just slashed in half. Still love their studio stuff but I wouldn't want to see them live now.

They replaced him with some super skilled 6 string bassist who plays in an orchestra death metal band... he's insane, and a perfect fit for the band imo. Search for the video "Obscura - Linus Klausenitzer" - its also on the right as a related link, explaining all about him.

I see that they play 7 strings on this album, what tuning do they play in? If I remember correctly they play 6-string DGCFAD, so with a 7 they'd have it be ADGCFAD?
