This is a favorite song of John Prine's. I smile when I hear his Sam Smith song....'There's a hole in Daddy's arm where all the money goes'. Should be played to anyone wanting to start using a needle in their arm.

Michael .... spend every moment with Natalie -start today. Everyone can feel it. Mr. Prine very emotional words and song writing.

Example of how adorable Natalie can be and, how being a lefty has its disadvantages of being over sensitive.

I always say Hello to whomever , if they are receptive. Great song and I had no idea it was a John Prine effort. Nine Pound Hammer, gets a little too heavy for my size, size for my size. I'm goin' on the mountain, just to see my baby and I ain't coming back, I ain't coming back.

An old John Prine song, these two make it come to life for this generation. It is amazing the same issues exist today. We will all be elderly someday. Don't walk by your elder's, say "Hello"!

I only know this song because a band I knew did a cover of it. I don't think they even knew it was a cover of a cover. It's an evocative song for me, for various reasons and it is very very good.
