I think it's a good attempt considering the type of song Cee-lo chose to use...  I think Nat's voice could have been synced more to His Rhythm Track... One would have to totally delete the original Harmony for Lush Life in order to make room for Cee-lo's III half-dminished 7th, VI7, II7, VII7 4 Chord Harmonic Loop.  I suppose this was done to try to accommodate the melodic structure of Lush Life off course which is quite complex...  It's like how in Reggae Music there is a purposeful breaking down of the harmonic structure to accommodate for Rhythmic (Riddim) Groove... Less Chords creates more stability & danceability in Reggae/Dancehall/HipHop e.t.c.
