I grew up in the 80's and remember seeing this video. I knew practically nothing about this band at the time, but something stuck in my mind, and hence made me remember this song. That cool Rickenbacker guitar was one thing....the hairdos...the fact that Mr. Easter's band was predominately female...but there was one more element here....Ah, yes! Those puppies! Those cute, lil' fuzzy PUPPIES! Oh,, yeah, and the tune was also quite catchy and upbeat. This band fell under my radar during their heyday.

I saw them as the warm up band in REM's first tour at a small venue in Salem Mass with maybe 200 people in the place. I had never heard of either band before and just went to the show out of curiosity, and searched out the albums for both groups the next day.

It's a shame this great band got forgotten, because the masses prefer egomanic idiots like Michael Stipe and his terrible R.E.M.!(Pat, Switzerland)

This man is a genius.Mr. Easter came up with an excellent opening hook. The backbeat drumming,as rudimentary as it is,is spot on.However,I disagree with Mitch when he denigrates the "Puppy Video."The cute puppy humanizes the video. And I thank Mr.Easter for persuading R.E.M. to leave his edited version of their best song "Perfect Circle" on their debut LP "Murmur."For that alone he should be guaranteed a free pass to the Pearly Gates.

This audio track is different than the one from my Afoot EP and the videotape I bought (The Beast of IRS) back in the 80's but the video is the same. Does anyone know about this audio track?
