Great version but I like the Beatles' version of the bridge better ("I will return...").

Lovely voice, great version.  Why haven't I heard this man's name or voice before now?  It seems that Esther Ofarim copied Barbra Streisand's version and the Beatles copied this version.  All of them great.  I always think it is a great song that sounds really good whoever sings it.

Мне кажется, что Пол МакКартни спел эту песню более чувственно. Хотя и оригинал неплох.

Thanks for posting this tune. The Beatles had good taste. It's cool to hear the original of this tune (also great!). If you are interested and haven't already, check out Peggy Lee's version of "Till There Was You." Also, Ann-Margret's "I Just Don't Understand," which the Beatles covered and can be heard on the Beeb cd.

If it weren't The Beatles, I hardly would have found out this song...
