The remix of 'Sparks' you are referring to was never an official remix. It wasn't commissioned by Kim's then record company. It was done by a DJ for the Disconet series of records which were manufactured for disco/club play. For Cherry Pop to put this on the album re-issue, if they could locate the original tape, it would be the same as if they just picked a random home-made remix from Youtube to put on.
