This may be my favorite KJ album. and Killing Joke 2003 was also quite good, if not great. and I totally remember that Clock Tower from my time spent in Prague.

I've been listening to this band since I was a baby. I was raised on this stuff. My dad was the webmaster for Killing Joke.

Congratulations, if you like KJ you have good taste. It's a little bit of relief that some youngsters can still appreciate good music.

You know what I mean lol. I'm only 25 but have been into KJ since I was about 14. Love the fact that Geordie's Gibson is from the late 50s but yet he still makes it sound more aggressive than pretty much all of the modern "metal" guitars.

Fire Dances! I thought it was brilliant doom-boogie. Lost my cherry to it, so I'm probably a little biased!

He uses an ancient Gibson ES 295 with P90 pickups which allow it to sound heavy yet at the same time have an almost chiming quality. I'm not sure what particular setup he used on this record but I know that he's been using Marshall Vintage Modern series amps lately.
