Brilliant stuff from a great song writer and singer. From 1981, part of a two-day event in front of a home-town crowd in Santa Barbara.

Ahh.. those wonderful years of music. So simple, complex, melodic and from the heart. When artists really shined at their craft.

Anybody else remember those Beyer 500 mics? My fav ribbon mic (when new!) I think they had a shelf life? Anyway, One of my favorite songs and singers. Kenny did not skimp on chords when he did this song (don't try this at home ;-) BTW ... the recorder solo ALWAYS blows me away !!!!!

He is much better then Mr. McDonald. I always thought that Mr. Loggins was the one of the best male vocals.

When artists really sang and there was no auto tune. This is a great performance and this song is one of the best ever. Kenny Loggins is one of the best ever.
