Kelly is a very gifted vocalist and also underated.Here he doe's a awesome job with a Steve Perry song.He is one of my favorite vocalist and he has great stage personality.

I will say one thing about Kelly Hansen. I wish it had been him, instead of Jeff Scott Soto, that did lead vocals during the tour that Jeff Scott Soto was with Journey.

Nice cover but wrong pitch in Kelly Hansen's voice. Also the overall sound of the instrumentation is deeper in the sound, than the original studio recording. If the instrumentation was done at a higher pitch, it would have been an even better cover. As for Kelly Hansen taking over on lead vocals after Lou Gramm left Foreigner in 2003, excellent choice. Foreigner and Kelly Hansen fit like a glove!!

Thanks for sharing. Love him with Foreigner. Saw them with Journey and Night Ranger last year. As much as I love Journey...Foreigner's performance was much better. Of course, Journey will never be the same w/o Perry. But Foreigner has found a solid replacement.

uh....he's singing the lead melody on key....and the riffs....singing higher, unless an octave higher.....would be horribly off key or a harmony line. He has a different timbre to his voice....I think it's far richer than Arnell's. Maybe that's why you THINK Arnell is singing higher because his voice has a thinner timbre.......unless they tuned down for this....which I don't think they did.
