Karen Carpenter - Something's Missing (In My Life) video free download

This is one of the unreleased tracks from Karen's solo album, recorded in 1979 when Karen was 29 years old. Phil Ramone was the producer of Karen's solo album. The song was previously recorded by Paul Jabara and Donna Summers. It also appeared on the soundtrack of "Inside Moves." Shortly after I posted this video several years ago, Jay Asher (who co-wrote the song with Paul Jabara) sent me an email saying how much he liked the video and Karen's interpretation of the song, saying that of all the various recordings made of the song that he has heard, Karen's version was his favorite. He believed that had the song been released, it would have been very successful.
