As much as i love Kamelot but that exemplifies the side i utterly dislike about them at times. Brilliant start, good build up but atmosphere completely crushed then with an awful awful chours with those inevitable kitschy girly "ooooohahhaaahaa" singalong "

Also I think it's in Lost and Damned when he says "Love means nothing to me" and in Nothing Ever Dies he says "Love, love is the only truth." They use the same music there, iirc.

There's links in other songs as well. Helena's Theme states "I thought that I was that melody". The "melody" is mentioned in several of the songs. It's a great interpretation of Faust

searching for this song since 2 hours... the only thing I remembered of a song I`ve listened 3 years ago was the rythm... after the rythm got stuck upto my head I`ve tried to remember the song`s name... and the only thing written on my mp3 player of 3 years ago was "epica - kamelot". my next thing was raping youtube untill I`ve found it :)) great song, missed to listen to it :))

Well, this isn't exactly referencing/mentioning those songs. The songs from the Black Halo album are referencing back to this song. This song came first, Black Halo was the next album. It's a good way to tie together the albums though, considering they are two halves of a giant double concept album.

según lo que entendí ariel es un estudioso que ama a helena, pero para el lo único que importa es el conseguir su meta, mephisto es como el demonio y helena representa todo lo bueno y puro

Not only the melodie! Did you notice the lyrics?? They mention 2 other songs from the Black Halo album. The song Black Halo they mention here: I can take you higher. In the song Black Halo Ariel (Roy) says "you could take me higher so you said and i trusted you...." The second song they mention here is Serenade Here they put the lyric "Maybe god is a melodie we all serenade." And there is the actual song Serenade, " sing the sadest of all, a song we all serenade.. How AWESOME is that??!?!?
