+Arhitect Mihai V Popa Considering Conception was a far better band than Kamelot has ever been, is that really such a bad thing?

to forget that they're not the only amazing vocalists out there. These same fans also tend to forget that it's not just the singer who makes the band and always seem to assume that the band is going to start sucking as soon as said singer decides to leave or gets fired. If I hear one more idiot say something like, "this band aint worth listening to anymore because (insert singer name here) is gone I will tear off their tongue and wipe their ass with it.

He's been out of Kamelot since 1997 or 98. Khan was his replacement, kind of hard to stay in a band you haven't been in for about 16 years. I don't know if I would put Vanderbilt above Khan but I will say that I have absolutely no fucking idea why so many kamelot fans bitch about Vanderbilt's singing. Okay on Eternity he was a bit rocky in places but on Dominion he sounded terrific. That's the problem with bands that have exceptional widely known singers like Roy Khan is that there fans tend

the voice of vanderbilt is awsome on this track. it is very epic and has that special attribute of transmitting the atmosphere to the public. the voice of khan is more comercial and somehow he has brought to kamelot the sound of his former band conception...
