Good song, but I have to agree that Johnny doesn't look well at all in this clip. Fortunately these clips are relatively rare and it could be said that this is likely thanks to the support of a certain woman standing right behind him. Compare this to the black and white performance from a couple years later.

Bit weird but still good to see and it reinforces for me how good the recorded version is on the Ring Of Fire LP he released back in the early 60's. I still got my copy, There are many good songs on that old LP but this was a standout I've been a JC fan and an AC fan ever since. Thanks for posting.

I love Johnny Cash, but this was terrible. He looks like he's sick. The Carter family were awesome, especially, Anita. What a voice that woman had. So underrated as a singer.
