I've actually gotten back with the girl that this song reminded me of when it first came out, and it still gives me that awesome feeling of being over someone and finally free. Not that I'm not free in being with her, it just goes to show how the vibe of this song transcends being simply a "breakup" song. That's what a good song is all about. It's got the feels deep within it, regardless of context.
