Can I at least share my thoughts on this. I give thanks that every country in the war that are allies won us, canada, Russia etc. But what about those Germans who weren't Nazis? They fought for their country and wat they think is right? And didn't the original nazi party have different ideas then in the hithler years? I give credit to those countries well... For Russia it was their gov. But in all this argument goes on to different subjects.

I'm German and both my grandparents served in WW2. Just imagine your country had a regime change 7 years ago and you're drafted in the military. What do you know about what your gouvernement is doing?How many GI's knew that the cause of war for Iraq was a lie and had nothing to do with 911? Do you expect them to know the inner workings of the CIA? But at the same time, all Germans in WW2 can be shot like cattle in those movies because they're not even real humans.Both my gramps were in the Waffen-SS and I'm not ashamed about that. They were young and fascinated to belong to the best.Do you know why nobody in the US gives a crap about all those dead Pakistanis, Irakis etc? Because those fucking brown towel-heads aren't real humans like us white Christians.It's not the same thing like the holocaust of course, but the same basic principle: Dehumanizing people.. Because nobody feels bad about squishing a bug.If this gets forced into your head at an early age and repeated constantly, you will eventually believe it as well.Just imagine there is a WW3 and the Sowjets together with the Chinese wipe out the US. In the history books, future generations would read about this country that killed 20 million native americans, led the same illegal assault wars they condemned on the Nuremburg trials, spied on the whole world, tortured and killed countless Arabs without a trial or even an accusation, overthrew democracies in order to intall pro-western dictators etc..You see, it's all a matter of perspective and who is writing the history.
