An early favorite penned by Mick Ralphs. Mott was very much a hard rock outfit.

Ian will turn 70 next month. I agree his voice has changed but I still would give anything to see the Mott the Hoople reunion in October !

Incredible, just incredible to think that here is a guy nearly 68 years old, still rockin' hard. And think of this...any other old rockers have long since stopped making relevant, dynamic CD's and are simply touring by trading on past golories. This guy has just released the best solo album of his career and the Album of 2007. He's as insightful, exciting and relevant as any of today's so-called "young dudes".

To quote Pete Frame's Rock Family Tree - (sic)"on any given night, the best Rock'n Roll band i the world". All I know is they could hit like a metal band but brought that fun and stink like a garage outfit. Ian Hunter wrote like he had been rocking in the year 1492 - confident, and winking at you the whole time, cause you were in on the joke too....

Ian Hunter is a freaking legend! Seeing him and Ralpher together again is awesome. Too bad those two can't get Overend, Verden, and Buffin all together for just one more show. I've been lucky to see MTH live as well as Ian solo on numerous occasions. Thanks MottOne for posting this. I guess I'll play this DVD (again) as soon as I get home. This DVD and "Strings Attached" are incredible DVD's. I can't wait until "Shrunken Heads" comes out on May 15th, 2007!!!
