I need You, The End - Kevin Max.

From the album "The Imposter".

Hope you like it!

Lyrics:

The fairy tale has found an end

the beauty that belonged back then

had gone

I wonder where it all went wrong

the dream, the love, the recompense

the song

and here we are leaving each other

wandering around haunted like rain

and why do we dance in sadness?

and why do we hold it in?

why do we smile in madness?

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you, I need you

the end.

the salt has never left my eyes

the honey in your words still seeps inside

I walk the night with ghostly steps

I wander up and down the past again

and here we are failing each other

wandering round like a storm in the night

and why do we dance in sadness?

why do we hold it in?

why do we smile in madness?

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you

I need you, the end.

the masquerade, the beauty recalled

the ceremony,

all was for naught

forgotten

forgotten

forgotten

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you

can't you see I need you

i need you the end.

all alone

all alone I fall

all alone

all alone I fall

all alone

all alone we fall

we fall

all alone

all alone we fall

all alone

all alone I fall

i fall

all alone

all alone we fall

we fall

all alone

all alone

we fall

all alone and we're

all alone

we fall

we fall

we fall

The fairy tale found an end.

AMAZING lyrics. Not only a musician but a master poet. One of the best sad songs ever. Thank you brother for sharing it because it blesses me in my trial, helped me release pent up tears. Oh course now I want to burn all my poetry, (smirk) Stay honest and true! As much as I miss DC Talk I enjoy the different styles all three of you produce.

WOW. There are definately things I disagree with the Catholics on, as well as other Protestant denominations, and I will dispute with them. You have great passion, which I admire, but remember to communicate it with love (which does NOT mean coddle) - if you forget that, you only sound like a resounding gong - 1 Cor 13. Otherwise you neither offend and save, nor coddle and kill - you just turn away those who could be saved.

You said, "Christians and Catholics are on two different pages ,just as the Jews and Muslims are". Really? Jews and Muslims are on separate planets - have you ever studied Islam? Islam is a dangerous and volatile ideology, not just a religion. Catholics are Christians, so I don't understand your argument. Protestants broke away in the 1500's, but we agree on far more than we disagree on. As a non-Catholic, I appreciate and value my Catholic brothers and sisters in Christ!

@1oboyd Anyways, please don't try to box Kevin into DC Talk. He's not DC Talk, he's his own person. Acknowledge him for the magnificent artist that HE is.

@1oboyd DC TALK NEVER BROKE UP! I REALLY wish people would get that. They just don't make music together as much anymore. I say "as much" because every once in a while they do (Kevin's album "The Blood" features a track with him, Toby and Micheal). DC Talk's last album came out in 2001 (or maybe 2000) and was titled "The Intermission". That's what's going on right now.
