Future Love Song - Kevin Max

From the album "Crashing Gates".

Hope you like it.

Lyrics:

Undress the hate

Your tired hands begin to shake

You're so worn out

You're war-torn, indifferent

You lie among the cobwebs in your hiding place

You take another pill and float away

Yeah

And you, you were born to rule the world

And you could've changed the future

But you didn't realize

What it took to pay the price

You were born to rule the world

But you couldn't tell the future

Can you look into the eyes

Of the innocent who've died?

You were born to rule the world, yes, you

You were born to rule the world

We call your name

The same name that's always been

from the dawn of time

We need your help

To save us from ourselves

We turn to the guilty and religious right

We try to understand the reasons why

Why?

That you, you were born to rule the world

And you came to change the future

And we couldn't realize

Why you gladly paid the price

You were born to rule the world

And you died to make us listen

A Human sacrifice

Can we look into your eyes?

You were born to rule the world, yes, you

You were born to rule the world, yes, you

You were born to rule the world

You were born to the world

And you came to change the future

You didn't criticize

You just laid it on the line

You were born to rule the world

The magic and the lesson

A human sacrifice

Can we look into your eyes?

Can we look into your eyes?

Can we look into your eyes?

Can I look into your eyes?

Can I see what you might see?

Can I look into your eyes?

You were born to rule the world, yes, you

You were born to rule the world, yes, you

You were born to rule the world

Sure enough, cooking is our own fate

And not everyone thinks about the human race

Even when we're all swimming in the same big lake

You know everyone listens but they never change

Too many people want to just kill the pain

But all of us need to hear that voice again

Yeshua

Oh my God, there's some...

There's something changing that we didn't know

Firin' line!

Guilty as charged

Take another life!

No one but me to blame

Take another life!

Guilty as charged

Take another life!

We're the ones to blame

Can we look into . . .

There's nothing else for us to see

In this big, blue world

Floating on the string that you

Created in your mind

Are you proud of what you left behind,

This big, blue world?

Max's album "Stereotype Be" is my favorite album of all time. This may surprise many people once I tell them that I'm a huge metal fan. My roots and tastes in music run the gamut, but I always go back to Max. This song is a great return to his old stuff. It's still fairly different, but Max always has that magical vibe about his songs.

the lyrics are quite profound. Let us not live up to less than God called us to. Kevin has a lot depth to him. (people misunderstand him sometimes but he does know and love God.)

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son to condemn the world, but to save it. -- John 3:16-17

@YourGalPalVal1963 It's not that difficult if you can get to one of his performances. Some think he is standoffish but he's really a nice guy.

How do ordinary people get to meet such extraordinary singers like Kevin Max? That voice could charm the angels out of heaven.
