Waste of time....umm no. For every Limp Bizkit type that helmet influenced, there were numerous more kickass bands like Deftones, chevelle, machine head, etc. Hell, Trent Reznor even credited them for inspiring some of the noise-rock elements on the Downward Spiral. So to the dude that said they led to 'embarrassing bands' you clearly don't know shit, about shit

It's not stalking... It's because I'm a fan of his, and it's not like I bother him or anything. So, fuck yourself.

"rock music" does not sound like this today. We no longer worship the guitar like our rock Gods' did, and alas we are left in a malaise of emo-pop/douche-rock.

When I hear Page and guitar in the same sentence, I think Page Hamilton not Jimmy. Kick ass guitarist.

in 1992 I saw Helmet and Quicksand one night and Jesus Lizard and Laughing Hyenas the next at Metro in Chicago. Both sold out, both amazing shows with out of control pits from wall to wall, for $10 each. 1992 was pretty fun that weekend.
