Havok's sophomore album, Time is Up! Havok has to be my favorite Thrash Metal band, including the new and old school. Burn blew me away and now Time is Up is melting my fucking brain! "Eargasm" Doesn't even begin to describe this album. There are some albums that I'm proud to say I own, and this just rose to the top of my list.

First and foremost, BUY THEIR FUCKING ALBUM! You can buy it, along with "Burn" right here:

These guys are badass, don't get me wrong, but Slayer's musical prowess is still better. Havok is trying to be heavier and faster than Slayer, but they didn't do a better version of this song. No one can truly mimic Slayer's ferocity and unholy musical evil. Slayer is just one of those bands whose emotive input is just so terrifyingly unique, that no one can mimic it except for Slayer. Plus, Webber might be a physically superior drummer to Lombardo, but Lombardo is better at putting fills in all of the right places and has more control, and Webber may or may not develop these skills, as much as Lombardo has, in his career. Awesome cover, though.

Very awesome, thanks for uploading it. That said, the Postmortem cover is awesome but I agree with other commenters when I say I prefer Vader's cover of Raining Blood. Havok's work is great nonetheless.

slayer exodus kreator & testament are all that remain. Havok has done very well and has potential to be even better. Sanchez is a monster as is webber.

People are going to hate me, but I think this is better than the way slayer did it. Mostly because pete webber is a God.
