When I was a kid, the radio stations would only play parts of his songs. Not the hole song. And that pissed us off! But we had his albums (Yes I said Albums). All you youngens don't know what an album is, and we played it on our Hi-Fi Record player. And it was good stuff! For all you young punks. If you have never heard some good music like this on a turn table with good speakers, you never heard good music.

My dad met Harry's father nine years ago when they were both in the same physical rehab facility together in Florida. He was an awesome guy and we always take part in the food drive Publix holds for the Harry Chapin food bank down there each year.

Harry, was an inspiration to many of us. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen and Tom a couple of years ago in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia during the Chapin Family weekend. It was one the best experiences one could imagine.

That never crossed my mind, mostly because I'm a native New Yorker like him. I'm pretty sure I say 'awed' like he says it. Saying 'odd' like 'awed' sounds too much like New England too me. We usually say 'ahhed' for 'odd'.
