I remember being in formation in the Marine Corps I had a bumper sticker on my car that said if you don't like Hank Williams you can kiss my ass, the platoon SGT told me I had to remove it. I said Kiss my Ass! and the rest of the platoon busted out laughing.

I am 29 yrs old and have been listening to hank since i was 10. My father turned me on to him (ya its a family tradition) . I have been playing guitar and writing songs since i was 14. Hank has been my bigges influence to this day ! Hank is a way of life and im sure most of u agree on that. I can put on any hank song and feel an overwhelming sense of pride ! I hope UMG would re-release all of Hank Jr's early 1970's albums on CD with originalalbum art work and new liner notes. Those albums are just as good as all the albumshe made after he recovered from his fall off Ajax Mountains,MT in summer '75. Peace.

I wish Hank Jr would agree with an agreement Uni/UMG to re-release all of his Albums he made with them up till Hank Williams Jr & Friends. He was starting to be his own person on at least 3 Albums before the Hank Jr & Friends recording,,before his fall off Ajax Mountain in '75. The Living Proof Box Set 62 to 75 is the only thing on CD and a cheep re-issue of Hank Jr & Friends is on CD.I would like to see the the albums he made before 1975 get on to CD with original & extra liner notes.
