I think it's making fun of people who say they're not homophobic because they have gay friends, but don't actually advocate for equal rights for gays. It's similar to how people will say "I can't be racist! Some of my best friends are black!"

@bigman1225 i think they're ridiculing another person's perspective. "I'll talk the talk while you fight the fight, I say I'm down but that's where it ends" not sure, im confused by this too.
