this might not be an abortion, it just some of the parents are so protective like catholic parents do. And the girl in the song is stuck from the situation most conservative parents do. She is afraid to make a decision to her life if she will fight for the man or not. But the man willing to give what it takes to take her cause like he is madly in love with her.
