this might not be an abortion, it just some of the parents are so protective like catholic parents do. And the girl in the song is stuck from the situation most conservative parents do. She is afraid to make a decision to her life if she will fight for the man or not. But the man willing to give what it takes to take her cause like he is madly in love with her. Do you wake up on your own and wonder where you are and live with all your faults basically like do you wanted to live your life alone then regret one day and just living with all your faults for not making it happened.
