This is beautiful beautiful stuff you can tell by the way he sings he put such a deep soul and feeling into the music he made/performed with The Band. Would have loved to see him perform but he died before I was born RIP Richard

Does not get better than that- his falsetto may have been gone at this point but this song shows his midrange voice almost angelic

This is from 1976 not 1975. About three weeks before The Last Waltz.

Right but when they were THE Band, who took all credits for everything? Yep, Robbie. When U watch "The Last Waltz", whos mug is in every shot? And he cant even sing! They always turned the mics off on Robbie because of that. Its sad so much great music and performance was missed because of Robbies EGO and lust for fame.

I, too, think The rest of the guys were ripped off from Robbie. I also think it was the demise of Richard since he got NO recognition for HIS hand in the writing of songs that ROBBIE took all credit for.

Actually Levon wrote portions of the songs on Jericho so it false to say he wrote nothing after the band broke up
