Great song! I swear this is totally the anthem for my dad, mom, and I and all the people who suffer from chronic pain. We're not dying, so we're more alive than most, but we're constantly suffering from pain caused by ailments like broken bones and arthritis and are glad for days when we don't flare up, but are ready to face the world with a smile and live life. We've dealt with people feeling guilty about complaining to us about pain because of what we've gone through, but we tell them all pain is worth talking about no matter the degree one person suffers more than the other. Pain is pain.
