I'm not making excuses, and yes Maruo uses triggers, but he makes full foot strokes. Just watch Aaron's Decapitation Fornication playthrough. You can see how little his feet are moving. He's barely even hitting the pedals. Without triggers it would be inaudible as he is hitting too softly. His trigs are sensitive, you can't deny it as he is hitting softer than hell.
