thank you for posting.we tried to invite Danny to receive a Grammy Lifetime Award, but he chose not to appear. same wirh the RRHOF. that is sad.what is not sad is all the great music he left us. the sound he got from that Les Paul is totally unique. and i agree, i hear all the great playing on those last tours and i wonder what happened.

danny's fans are sophisticated and so we are far fewer in number than the easy listening masses or the metal millions. he may be almost unknown to scads of citizens , but his beauty is inescapable. his voice and writing and musicianship are refreshing additions to the world of beautiful music. he is always tasteful, often blissful, and his greatness has been captured for interested listeners until the end of time. don't be afraid to find that danny kirwan and his songs are the answer to all your music prayers

When you read about the state Danny was in towards the end of his time in Fleetwood Mac, you don't expect him to be putting performances this great. "Bare Trees" should've been a hit, and "Child of Mine" is, to my ears, up there with Danny's best moments...

I wish we had more of the pre 74 stuff available. I do not know where you found it, but I am sharing this with the Bob Welch Fans on Facebook. I would love to hear from you.

That opening riff is just amazing and what a great track live. Danny was so promising in this band and was likely not much more than an album away from the superstardom he so deserved.

Brilliant! Great upload; cool pictures! Thanks for sharing. This song should be in the dictionary next to the word "relentless".

I saw this "Bare Trees Tour" with this line-up at the Fox Theatre in Long Beach, CA. Excellent show. Being from CT I've seen many excellent shows in Waterbury (@ the Palace). By 1975 I was about as far as a Fleetwood Mac fan as you could get if wasn't before Lindsay & Stevie. Sorry all you Buckingham Nicks fans.
