I almost hated Square Enix for making this Sir Jechts theme! I first heard this track when visiting the blitzball tournament^^ so it was a bit of a cheap shot reintroducing it at the Jecht fight......what they really should've done was use the tune, Zero Signal by Fear Factory (Instrumental) which would've set the atmosphere perfectly..mysterious, suspenseful and then just all out deep as fuck! here is the link for those who haven't heard it! /watch?v=HxmAjnHH0PY Just turn up that fucking base treble and volume and get mind fucked!

I still was all "WTF" when I first heard this song. Don't get me wrong, I was jamming in that boss fight, but it seemed so out of place

At first I had to ask, they redid the standard battle theme and somehow made Seymour's theme even better, so why didn't they give this a remix? But then, it didn't need it. Otherworld is up there with One-Winged Angel, Dancing Mad, The Dark Messenger, and Hunter's Chance as one of the best battle themes ever, and it doesn't need to be redone to retain that distinction.
