Dear Lemmy, thanks a lot for posting this, this one means a lot to me. I was actually there that memorable night (in fact, I recognise my own voice saying 'more of this' right at the beginning of the clip)! I even came close to joining the band to the hotel afterwards, but chickened out at the time.. how stupid. She had just kicked out her band, these guys on that tour were from Souls At Zero, they had very little time to rehearse the songs but did a great job! Alcatraz was a great place...

Dawn WAS "IT" when she was around!!! There were NO OTHER women out there, putting it out like she did!!! I've been more than around, have seen them all, and Dawn floored even the most intense musicians out there. I was around her in these days, and she did have ALL of the other big names seeking her out (in respect). All that worked with her at Warner had her and F.O.G. pegged TO GO BIG!!!! (and that DOES MEAN "PACKING ARENAS!!!!") So ANYONE who says ANY different, CAN KISS MY ASS!!!!!!

@MrAttPatt Too bad. Because your the one who really missed out. Its the emotion she transmits through her voice. It doesn't have to be a pretty voice that carries a tune. A voice is an instrument that conveys emotion that people can really relate to. The pain and frustration of Dawn's lyrics would be lost on a pretty voice.
